Did a bit of stretching upper body, got a slight injury in my shoulder from that fucking assisted chin/dip machine, wont be using it again.
Trained Monday only managed 6 reps on the pullups , shoulder didnt feel right
Still , 10 reps and then a set of 7 last week
Going for some treatment Friday, (blading) on the shoulder
