I believe it is achievable krank and sc are testimony to that.
as a youth when boxing my average school day was
up at 6- 2 run around paper rounds- 4 miles
7.30- half hour bag work
school
return home- 2 evening rounds- run around again 4 miles
then boxing or martial arts class for 2 hours
8-9 used to be bag work or weights
I built up to it but the body if you add in bit by bit and keep at it is an amazing machine
Another story but true...
A mate of mine Rob Pope - his mother was dying and on her deathbed said ;just do one thing one time that people will remember you for'.
Rob was a distance runner.
He watched Forrest Gump.
So decided ot quit his job as a vet and decided to run across the states following the route forrest took for charity.
He did it 5 times a total of 15,000 miles over an 18 mont period.
He did this with often belongings in a trolley he would run with. often fooling 40 miles a day.
Now on paper that ant be done. Its beyond my mind. But he did it.
good audio book too!
his latest feat was to run from one coast of Ireland in cork to the other side dublin- aving a pint of Guinness in both in 24 hours- 130 miles.
Brian just because its beyond your comprehension doesnt mean it can't be done- its just means oyu can't do it.
