Thank you brother.  I love training and live for this.   Its not just a hobby for me, its who I am.  I live breathe eat sleep hard FNG work. 

Hanky calls me a Mule while he is a "thoroughbred" or some idiotic bs like that.  Yeah - like most - Hanky is always broken down in the shop in need of repair while I grind on day after day and can bear the weight daily he can't fathom.  He is not built for durability.  He is not built at all which is why he is always F'D up.  I tried showing him a better way but he knows better than everyone. 

Closing in of 50 and feel amazing, killing it in the gym having a great time, pursuing a hobby w BJJ for fun and friends, and enjoying it all. 

Hanky doesnt grasp that he wasted years on drugs pursuing short cuts and gimmicks while others like Krank , Rob, myself , just put our heads down and got to work the old school way over the same time and now have the receipts to show for it. 
No need to thank me my friend...I GET exactly what you do, and how you explain it,AND why you do it.....been there myself most of my life.

Used to squat heavy with 2 animals twice a week at 5 AM rain or shine,then go work for 8-10 hours 6 days a week............it was a huge part of who I was.......and I KNOW that you can also understand that.

When they train that as the mainstay and weight training is a tool, and adjunct, recovery ability and outright levels of performance are just frankly beyond your ability to conceive - and thats even at 50 years and for many, especially but not only the genetically gifted, somewhat beyond 50. beyond a certain limit most PEDs (the crap you use),  willo stop helping with regard to endurance and work capacity, and end up worsening one's fighting ability etc.

Had you have actually worked on your skill set, and done some serious road work or the like, you wouldn't have fared nearly as badly as you did with clegg. youd likely still lose, as you don't have the khvnt in you, you lack the drive, but you would have fared better. I should not be walking, and I squat. I do 10x what is recommended when healthy. I train until I can't lift my arms when healthy. I can't sleep from the pain when I am training hard.

Its funny I have been working out for 30 years through all kinds of injuries and ups and downs. I am pushing 50 now and recovering training a torn pec hitting it with about 50x the volume recommended. I wrestled in college. I was in the Infantry. I have had half a dozen orthopedic surgeries to include bolts in my knees and 3 shoulder surgeries. I still squat 30 years post-surgery I still bench press. I have competed in MMA, Wrestling, and Strict Curling well into adulthood and after injuries.

Yet somehow I am just some lazy slob who doesn't understand hard work when I question someone claiming to lift 2 hours straight then wrestle 2 hours straight 5 days a week at my age naturally with sub 10% bodyfat.

It is literally the Mike Ohearn defense its total bullshit how stupid are you people SC is juiced out of his mind
