normally I'd just give you outright shit because its all you deserve brian, but heresa a little less savage and more constructive response. In all candor you are completely clueless when it comes to the mindset of people in combat sports and evne more generally those with simply a competitive drive. aerobic capacity and stamina are mainstays of any fighter FAR more important that outright strength (not that you have much of that either). When they train that as the mainstay and weight training is a tool, and adjunct, recovery ability and outright levels of performance are just frankly beyond your ability to conceive - and thats even at 50 years and for many, especially but not only the genetically gifted, somewhat beyond 50. beyond a certain limit most PEDs (the crap you use), willo stop helping with regard to endurance and work capacity, and end up worsening one's fighting ability etc.
Had you have actually worked on your skill set, and done some serious road work or the like, you wouldn't have fared nearly as badly as you did with clegg. youd likely still lose, as you don't have the khvnt in you, you lack the drive, but you would have fared better. Don't even try rationalising whats possible training wise just because you can't do it, you'll only expose your ignorance and weak will
