I would venture to say that Soul Crusher has been training this way for many many years and his body has become accustomed and conditioned to withstand it.
Is he overtraining,possibly,but I always overtrained also as did Jeff King and other guys in my old gyms I trained in.....we knew it but did it anyway.....it`s called old school.
We trained our balls off just because we loved to.....the more intense,the better.
SC has unparralleled dedication and drive, and you don`t Brian.....you are known to do 3 sets of leg exts. and such,and when you go so called "heavy" your form is fucking atrocious.
Just because you and I and many others here use gear, and have used gear and/or used it in the past, doesn`t mean that just because you are jealous and envious of Soul Crusher that he uses them......if he did,I wouldn`t care less but I believe him when he says he`s clean.
Why do you think I always posted "TRAIN HARD" after I posted a training session,well it was how I was taught.....to never let anyone out train you.
Now go do 4-5 sets of sloppy benches and 5 sets of curls and call it intense even though it is beginner bullshit.
You have no clue what intense training with good form truly entails, and once again,let me remind you THAT YOU KNOW JACKSHIT ABOUT BODYBUILDING AND TRAINING....you do however know how to gorge yourself by eating slop a Billy goat wouldn`t eat though.
There`s levels to this shit and you are on the bottom rung of a very long and high ladder sonny !
