Honestly I do have some issues with this. I wrestled a long time. I have weight lifted a long time. You do not do both the same day much less wrestle after lifting. I can barely lift my arms with a good shoulder pump much less go to wrestling or BJJ practice 5 days a week before work. Then you are going to claim you are natural pushing 50 with a real full time professional job this is bullshit numero uno. And it starts at 4am? Mind you still have time to post on getbig despite this brutal schedule. I mean we know you are on uppers and downers why not come clean on everything else?

I've posted every single daily workout - the weights used, etc.  Other on here see all my posts to confirm the same.  There are no secrets here Hanky - I just am 10000000000000000% more consistent, disciplined, and dedicated to this than you are.  And more importantly - you do whatever you do for vanity and attention, I do it for purpose and living a code.

as part of my new regime I'm upping the cardio just to feel a bit less lethargic

today was cardio/boxing

conssited of

stepper 5mins
skier 5mins- last min sprint
bike 5 mins- 1 min steady 30 seconds sprint, 1 steady 30 sprint, 2 steady

rest 3 minutes repeat

then boxing workout which was

circuit of 1 minute speedball
1 minute flooor to ceiling
1 minute heavy bag

rest 1 minute

repeat for total of 5 circuits

then 10 minutes stepper to finish

its mae me realise that while i am undoubtedly much more powerful than the woman beater I need to up my cardio. I'm never going to be SC but I'm aimig to improve me.

so form tomorrow it will be

6.30 a.m. cardio each day

lifting 6p.m. 5 days weekly

Enjoying it

wed and sun wil do boxing and pad work with the coach.

I was lifting before the internet. I have been training just as long as you. I am just as dedicated as anyone. The human body simply cannot recover from hard lifting to wrestle half an hour later 5 days a week natural at 50.

I would venture to say that Soul Crusher has been training this way for many many years and his body has become accustomed and conditioned to withstand it.

Is he overtraining,possibly,but I always overtrained also as did Jeff King and other guys in my old gyms I trained in.....we knew it but did it anyway.....it`s called old school.

We trained our balls off just because we loved to.....the more intense,the better.

SC has unparralleled dedication and drive, and you don`t Brian.....you are known to do 3 sets of leg exts. and such,and when you go so called "heavy" your form is fucking atrocious.

Just because you and I and many others here use gear, and have used gear and/or used it in the past, doesn`t mean that just because you are jealous and envious of Soul Crusher that he uses them......if he did,I wouldn`t care less but I believe him when he says he`s clean.

Why do you think I always posted "TRAIN HARD" after I posted a training session,well it was how I was taught.....to never let anyone out train you.

Now go do 4-5 sets of sloppy benches and 5 sets of curls and call it intense even though it is beginner bullshit.

You have no clue what intense training with good form truly entails, and once again,let me remind you THAT YOU KNOW JACKSHIT ABOUT BODYBUILDING AND TRAINING....you do however know how to gorge yourself by eating slop a Billy goat wouldn`t eat though.

There`s levels to this shit and you are on the bottom rung of a very long and high ladder sonny !

TRAIN HARD

Thank you brother.  I love training and live for this.   Its not just a hobby for me, its who I am.  I live breathe eat sleep hard FNG work. 

Hanky calls me a Mule while he is a "thoroughbred" or some idiotic bs like that.  Yeah - like most - Hanky is always broken down in the shop in need of repair while I grind on day after day and can bear the weight daily he can't fathom.  He is not built for durability.  He is not built at all which is why he is always F'D up.  I tried showing him a better way but he knows better than everyone. 

Closing in of 50 and feel amazing, killing it in the gym having a great time, pursuing a hobby w BJJ for fun and friends, and enjoying it all. 

Hanky doesnt grasp that he wasted years on drugs pursuing short cuts and gimmicks while others like Krank , Rob, myself , just put our heads down and got to work the old school way over the same time and now have the receipts to show for it.
