SATURDAY is arm day

reason being if I can afford to miss a workout if knackered its direct arms as they get plenty on back and chest days. its also fun to go the gym at the weekend.

Dumbell Curl/ Rope Pushdown- 5 supersets minimum 12 reps each

Cyber preacher/ Tricep press machine 5 supersets 12 reps minimum each

no rest between exercises 1 minute timed between supersets

wrist curl/ hammer curl 3 supersets

in and out in 30 minutes cracking session

10 sets of 10 low cable underhand grip rows 225 squeezing last rep on each set for 10-20 seconds.

10 sets of 10 on 2 arm db curls 45s

10 sets of 20 with 225 on smith jm presses

10 sets of 20 2 arm db hammer curls with 55s

10 sets of 10 rear delt db raises 35s
Superset
10 sets of 10 press downs

10 sets db shrugs 120s for sets of 15 squeezing the hell out of them.

upper body pump session with various excercises then some assisted pull ups

Still got a slight injury in my left shoulder/bicep tendon area

Still stuck on 10 pull ups

Getting some calisthenics equipment for home this week

need to drop about 20lbs and tighten up

10 sets 10 db squats 70,80,90,100s for 7 sets.

10 sets of 15 standing calf raises on smith with 315 so 285.
