They weren't heavy, first workout back after a little break.
I`ve done 10 sets of 10 reps before with a constant weight and fairly short rest periods................. ....it was a freakin` monster.

Don`t shortchange yourself brother,10 sets of even light squats is called WORK!!  ;)

I have literally just been doing dumbell work with 5,10,15 and 20lb dumbells

I just added pushups from my knees yesterday. I plan to add Pec Dec flies in this weekend. This was last night before bed at 219lbs. I was at 12 weeks this last wens.  I have just been doing bands and light dumbells started this last week on curls.

The next few weeks I will be adding weights and should start to see some recovery in the chest. I still have not had a pump yet probably a few more weeks.

Fucked my knee up Sunday walking the dog. Seeing ortho on Monday. Xray turned up an effusion of the inner right knee "consistent with a sprained mcl." Anyone have any thoughts or experience with this?

Odd they could see effusion on radiograph unless they have previous films of the knee to compare it.

Valgus test and Swain test should have shown all they need.  Hopefully they checked for medial meniscus and ACL as well.  If you do not feel unstable, it's likely just a Grade I.  Ligaments typically have poor blood supply so its going to take a bit longer to heal than a muscle strain.  Probably 2 - 4 weeks healing.

If you know someone that has a BFR device, that will go a long way towards speeding up healing.  Terminal knee extension, single leg RDL (provided you put weight on it), shallow range cossack squats, supine physioball leg roll-ins (think leg curl), single leg raise to 45deg with external rotation

Behind neck press - pyramiding the weight from 10 reps down to a top set of 3
Power cleans - sets of 3 reps pyramiding the weight to a top set
Leg curls - 3x10
Medium width grip bench press - pyramiding the weight from 10 reps down to a top set of 3
Wide lat pulldowns - 3x10
Alternate db curls - 5x10
Wrist curls - 5 sets
Seated calf raise - 5x10

Back today, maybe 10 sets of pull ups starting with 35kg x 3 30 x 6 25 x 7 20 x 9 etc, then incline dumbbell rows, cable lat pullover, rack pulls and pulldowns.
