I take 100mg test a week.My doc does bloodwork twice a year and I donate blood a couple times a year.I have gotten very vitamin fortified over the last couple years too.My doctor gave me the testosterone script but she wanted to monitor my vitamin intake too.I for years never worried about that but after a few years of being diligent with it I think it has really helped.

I have about 8 or 9 over the counter vitamins I take orally and then I take a B12 injection also.

My strength is nowhere near where it once was but I had my hip replaced a few years ago so my leg workout is a lot of high rep leg extensions and lunges and things like that.Many years ago I did martial arts but then I started competing in powerlifting and that completely stopped the martial arts work.About a year ago I started doing (very lightly) training in karate again.It was pretty sad looking trying to do a side kick after all the squats I had done.Losing weight has actually made that a little easier.

I'm fortunate that I have been a big believer in keeping flexible & doing a lot of
Stretching exercises & have kept a lot of mobility even at my strongest / heaviest
I could do the splits.

Good idea to do boxing / judo / karate etc along with the weight training 👊🏻

i hate that mentality also... i also love lazy fucks like hankins as they never pose a threat or compete for anything.. its an easy win every time... as soon things start to head south, they quit.

starting my new programme tomorrow

had last week off took the kids to euro disney! great times but an absolute cash burn- stayed in the Marvel hotel (my son loves surper hero stuff.

now back to the job at hand.

Here is what i am going to run.


Tues-  Back
Weds- Glutes Hams Calves
Thurs- Chest, Biceps, Forearms
Fri- Abs, Calves
Sat- Delts, Traps, Triceps
Sun- Thighs, Calves

Cardio 45 minutes fasted each a.m.

Looking forward to getting back after a week off!
