ALWAYS a good tactic to mix things up and alter intensity and volume IMO.

Back into training properly after my last post (which was about 5 horrible months ago). Had covid or horrible flu or some thing that REALLY lingered, I thought it had gone and then almost died from standard water in the lungs stuff boogieng in medium surf (secondary drowning sort of - I had to float in trying to breathe with no energy for kicking into the medium size (SA) foam hitting me.) I totally sucked. I actually can boogie and have an SA title but holy hell: I thought I was about to die at my home break, in front of a crew of locals I didn't know anymore - it has been 5 years. Tried training again when back in city and got sick .....   

ANYHOO .... this is my 4th training day and the only one that I have felt worth a post - feeling less stringy:

was due to do back chain but my gout flared up in my left knee and ankle

so I got a shoe I could wear hobbled to the bus stop and got the gym and did

Delts, Triceps

Side raise/ Press combo machine- no break at all between side raise and press- this limited the press weight but the pump was heavy- 4 supersets- inc weight each set
Rear delts on pec flye machine 4 x 12
Panatta side raise machine- 4 x 10

Nautilu Nitro 4 x 15
Seated tricep preacher extension/ Seated dip 3 supersets
Reverse gri[ cross body single pulldown 2 x triple drop

I got up to 284lb on my recent 2ml test 1 anadrol pre workout bulk
Pro's
Mad strong
ultra full
Cons
Uncomfortably big
Cardio went to shit
Mobility lessened
Having to sleep sat up

Now looking to have a tighten up and back to 250 over the next 4 months. I wanted to see if I could go from 245 - I declined to put stuff on here because of the moron and while I knew I'd blown up when i saw 284 i thought- back off this cant be good! Neck was 21, Chest 54, Calves both over 20 but I started to look like a fucking lump. Also tired all day didnt help. I will be interested to see if I look diffferent at 240-ish- then probably a lean bulk follwed by a cut to year end. Lets see where it takes us.

My brother has a gout flare up every few years.Says it is unbearable.Fortunately I have never had it but I have seen the misery he goes through with it.Best wishes buddy.

I take naproxen for pain relief but may go onto allpurinol

if IT LADS A LOT OF IT WAS WATER- BUT IT FELT GREAT TO BE SO STRONG.

Really uncomfortable though. I went to watch Everton vs Man U and I just took up too much space being honest. same as on the bus!

Have to say though the pumps from Anadrol were crazy- love that drug but it took me to a place I didnt feel healthy at all.

Meanwhile Nathan De Asha is in Oxygen gym Kuwiat and weighing in at 304lb at 5.8/9 in really good nick


So yesterday was Legs. What a day.


Hammer single leg extention 5 x 20
Leg Press 5 x 20
Panatta Squat 5 x 10
Seated leg curl 4 x 15
Standing leg curl 4 x 15
'Booty builder' like a hyper ext with a pulley with weight- 3 x 15
SLDL 2 x 20

Calf Raise 6 x 20
Seated Calf 6 x 20
Hack calf 6 x 20

Got a bit carried away and went high volume just felt good. It tok me 20 minutes to do the 8 minute walk to the bus stop. Got home roasted a chicken- ate the lot, then had 500gm of minced beef (angus) into 2 burgers and finishe doff with 500gm of yellowfin tuna. Fell asleep about 8.30 p.m and woke at 10. Today is a complete rest as felt dehydrated. BW down 10lb in first week back with a tighter diet.

Hey Wes old buddy,  speaking of your former self ,back when you had those killer abs we have all seen in pictures what did your ab workout look like? I know diet is most of it but I am having great workouts with all my body parts except abs.They are coming along but I feel like I am just lifting the weight instead of really grinding the ab muscle .I have tried several different exercises but I need something that puts a pain right in my abs to the point where I feel like crying.I appreciate any advice you might have or if anyone else has any suggestions feel free to chime in.Thanks
