Back into training properly after my last post (which was about 5 horrible months ago). Had covid or horrible flu or some thing that REALLY lingered, I thought it had gone and then almost died from standard water in the lungs stuff boogieng in medium surf (secondary drowning sort of - I had to float in trying to breathe with no energy for kicking into the medium size (SA) foam hitting me.) I totally sucked. I actually can boogie and have an SA title but holy hell: I thought I was about to die at my home break, in front of a crew of locals I didn't know anymore - it has been 5 years. Tried training again when back in city and got sick ..... ANYHOO .... this is my 4th training day and the only one that I have felt worth a post - feeling less stringy:----------------------------------BACK----------------------------------3 x (4 wide, 4 neutral, 4 supinated) | Pullups3 x 9 | T - Bar Rows3 x 9 | Meadows Rows3 x 10 | HyperExtension SS3 x 8 | Wide Inverted Rows----------------------------------HAMS----------------------------------3 x 8 | Nordic Curls3 x 8 | Wide Stance Long LungesGotta add in floor slides, but need to pair it with a shorter muscle like Tris. Was toasted after 70m ( I like under 60 I am old and now weak )

I wanted to see if I could go from 245 - I declined to put stuff on here because of the moron and while I knew I'd blown up when i saw 284 i thought- back off this cant be good! Neck was 21, Chest 54, Calves both over 20 but I started to look like a fucking lump. Also tired all day didnt help. I will be interested to see if I look diffferent at 240-ish- then probably a lean bulk follwed by a cut to year end. Lets see where it takes us.
