I don't really know and have not done heavy barbell deads in awhile.   I like the hex Bar since its easier on the lower back and more quads focused. 

Goal is to get to 600 by the end of the year.

Tomorrow back to chest and legs and BJJ.

Out of sheer boredom, I accepted a powerlift challenge on twitter from some dude (all friendly).

I'm comfortable with getting my DL up, but if anyone has any tried and true squat/bench routines, let me know.

I'm not looking to be Ed Coan or anything, just maybe add 140 or so pounds to my total amongst the 3.  Thinking it would be 40 on the DL, maybe 30 on the bench, and 70 on the squat.

I won't be over eating my way through this - keeping up the conditioning, running, and rucking, so it might not work.

This is the first part of it so far I've done 14 workouts.
I'm going to challenge Bhanky when I finish it.

If I remember your squat form was good, just need to work with heavy singles and triples. Increasing you deads will help your squats too.

5 sets db shoulder press 60,80,100,110,120.

5 sets db shrugs on knees 100,120,140,160,160.

5 sets pull ups 10,9,8,7,6.

5 sets db curls 35,45,55,65,75.

5 sets overhead db extensions 80,100,110,120,120.

5 sets ab roller.
