5 sets underhand low row 4 plates,6 plates … squeezing last rep for 45 seconds on each set
Superset
5 sets of db curls 35s for sets of 20s these two just about killed me but no better arm pump in the world.

5 sets of w db hammer curls 45,55,65,75,85
Superset
5 sets underhand pull downs 4 plates…. Squeezing 30 seconds last rep each set

5 sets smith machine jm presses 1 plate,2 plates,3 plates ..
Superset
5 sets underhand push owns  2 plates

5 sets overhead extensions 70,80,90,100,110
Superset
5 sets db rear delts 30s squeezing last rep each set 10-15 seconds.

Rear delts with triceps supersets feels crazy.

Pumped beyond belief.

2. Lockouts a triple

3. Strict curl 5 reps

4. DB incline supination curl

5. Overhead DB TRI Extension

6. Pressdowns

7. Wide-grip lat pulldowns

8. Machine Lateral

Skipped the barbell squats

Gonna try to bench every 3 days

Cycle is 10 mgs of injectable dbol and 40 MGS of injectable dbol on bench days also 250-500 mcgs of cheque drops on bench day

Single arm cable curl 1x9, 1x13
Single leg calf press 2x9
Seated leg curl 1x12, 1x18
Hack squat 1x20

cant do pull ups at the moment because of elboiw tendonitis
can do dips and press ups though
starting to do balance and handstands

hardly lost any size since i dropped the bodybuilding routine, around 210lbs at the moment at around 10/12%
