What gear you running nowadays?
Thss as no you mate, still just 1ml test e 300mg mate, finding form and range of motion on legs works better than heavy weight these days I barely use a plate and a half on the back haha just feet as low as can get on the platform, bottom out the machine and pause in the stretch. Still trying to increase weights over time but form and range of motion are priority mate. I remember Jeffley telling us this years ago wish I’d listened then haha.
