What gear you running nowadays?

Thss as no you mate, still just 1ml test e 300mg mate, finding form and range of motion on legs works better than heavy weight these days I barely use a plate and a half on the back haha just feet as low as can get on the platform, bottom out the machine and pause in the stretch. Still trying to increase weights over time but form and range of motion are priority mate. I remember Jeffley telling us this years ago wish I’d listened then haha.

Wheels look great and you're damn lean, 8%-ish I'd say

I've shifted from trying to add lean muscle (which just ain't in cards for me but I'm ok with that) to strength comps, bench press and strict curl

1. Bench competition style set of 5 with 2 full second pauses

2. Lockouts a triple

3. Strict curl 5 reps

4. DB incline supination curl

5. Overhead DB TRI Extension

6. Pressdowns

7. Wide-grip lat pulldowns

8. Machine Lateral

Skipped the barbell squats

Gonna try to bench every 3 days

Cycle is 10 mgs of injectable dbol and 40 MGS of injectable dbol on bench days also 250-500 mcgs of cheque drops on bench day

Trained all again after only 48 hours rest

Bench and tris stayed the same so now I'll go to every 3 days for bench/accessory work

Strict curl and bicep and side delt work all went up so I'll hit them every 48 hours

My workouts have become super simple (no simon).

Legs:  Full squats 5 x 3 E2MOM
          Goblet squats on slant board, full pause 3 x 5
          Reverse Hypers 2-3 x 20

Push 1:  Bench 5 x 3
            Paused CG Floor press 3 x 3
            Side Lateral / face pulls
            Hammer Curl

Push/Pull: Banded speed bench - 50% of 1 RM  9 x 3 EMOM - 3 sets with 3 different grips / move weight as fast and controlled as possible
            CGBP - paused 5 x 3
            Some weighted rows 5 x 5-8
            Some type of machine row 5 x 8

I have been doing this for about 13-14 weeks.  I have added 5lbs each week to the bench/squat after doing a complete reset with baby weights, to get my squat form down, and get my shoulders in line for benching.  So far progress has been linear.

I don't get to do my favoirte exercises = RDL / Deadlift.  Playing 2-3 baseball games a week in addition to training wears me out too much.  I also feel taxing myself with high reps would fatigue me too much and leave me open to injury.

Yeah, but my games are real and actually happen, unlike your comps.

And you'd be absolutely wrecked if you played 2 games in a day.

Which you couldn't anyway, so it's moot.

And who cares what the other sports are comparatively at the pro level - things are just a TAD different on the body between athletes in their prime and those 50+.  I burn 800-1100 cals per game, which includes all out sprints, and hits Zone 2 for the better part of 3 hours.  So I couldn't care less if you think it's not athletic.
