My projected max right now is bout 245
I don't give a flying fuck bout adding weight to the bar on squats
I'm now sitting at 159 sub-7
Max I can weigh and still make the 48s is bout 160-162
So if I add more muscle tissue at all it will be on my pecs delts and arms
I will zero wiggle room to add any muscle to my back legs in fact I'm thinking bout only doing paused bench, close grip bench, DB bench, strict curl and DB incline curls and rotator
I'ma drop DB overhead tri ext and just do light squats and lat pulldowns every 4-6 dayz

The only wildcard now is machine laterals as I did do the stack.for 10 reps but I'm still not in a home gym yet since I'm still without a flat
So maybe my home gym will have a heavier weight stack for machine laterals
