Stiff leg deadlift 340 x 6 today.  Strongest I've ever been now.  Last time I did these was 20+ freakin years ago and I was on a very light cycle of steroids and got 335 x 6(and I used a belt back then).  Took 2 decades but I did it god damn it.  Strained the shit out of my left forearm last week so need to rest it.

Then did some light shrugs holding at the top for a pause and some neck work.

Machine lateral did the stack for 10 so that's it on that all I can do is maintain

Lat pulldowns slow reps constant tension not trying to improve here

Full squat

Rotator cuff work

Weighed in at 159 can only afford to gain 2-3 more pounds

My projected max right now is bout 245

I don't give a flying fuck bout adding weight to the bar on squats

I'm now sitting at 159 sub-7

Max I can weigh and still make the 48s is bout 160-162

So if I add more muscle tissue at all it will be on my pecs delts and arms

I will zero wiggle room to add any muscle to my back legs in fact I'm thinking bout only doing paused bench, close grip bench, DB bench, strict curl and DB incline curls and rotator

I'ma drop DB overhead tri ext and just do light squats and lat pulldowns every 4-6 dayz

The only wildcard now is machine laterals as I did do the stack.for 10 reps but I'm still not in a home gym yet since I'm still without a flat

So maybe my home gym will have a heavier weight stack for machine laterals

I just started comp bench just a few weeks ago and I'm perfecting my grip right now and after l'll perfect my arch

Those 2 things alone can add 30-50 pounds to your bench press

These guys arch a ton and take the bar.down to thier lower rob cage and not thier pecs

This alone will take a full 2-5 inches off of your bar path

Shorter stroke=more weight

The strict curl is more pure strength than the bench coz.you really can't add any tricks to it
