Leg extension jumped 60 mother fucking pounds on it going from 140x5 for 200(the whole goddestack)-5 for 5

In-fucking-sane!!!!!!!

I'm training everything for absolute pure strength

Don't give a flying fuck bout adding any more muscle in fact would be kinda cool if I could lose some and then make the 32's and bench 396 ie. Three times bodyweight

I'm curious, so they give you any dietary advice/guidelines?

Na mate I don’t think nhs know fuck all about nutrition haha or maybe they never bothered with me as my arteries were clear my heart attack was due to blood clots entering the heart mate not clogged arteries so never required stenting just blood thinners to dissolve the clots

Never said I would do that now

That will take at least one full year of training

Just watched the master 2 group in the IPF ages 50-59 and only a double bodyweight bench would give me a fucking medal probably not gold but I'd win silver or bronze

Cool fucking shit!!!  I'm stoked!!!!

I have maybe 5-7 pounds of bodyfat I can lose so I know weigh 159.5 so I'd go down to 152-154

I could make 32's from 145-146

So maybe....

But if I lose 7 pounds of fat I'll be under 3% which is not healthy to stay at long term even though I do have AMAZING lean genetics

I can stay and hold sub 5 no probs but sub 3 probably not

in April I changed NHS docs. had to give bloods. next morning doctor tells me to go to the royal Liverpool immediately. my CRP reading was 122- normal is 0.1-5.0

I had been walking round in pain with clots in my calves. I could barely walk but thought it was just training related and joints aging. Long story short that sorted the clots out with anti coats but I had vasculitis and blood pooling so my feet were dark brown and toes on the verge of going black. basically if I'd nt gone in that day I'd have lost at best my feet at worst my life.

Have spent the last 2 and. half months having a full MOT. I get gout and my previous doc had given me the wrong meds so I was walking round in a state of perpetual acute attack. that is now getting sorted out so I am back training light 2 times a week with a view to getting back on the test end August!

Test your low rep strength on squats not leg extensions. You need more muscle on your legs if your not going to scare chicks away with those pins.

Ah shit that was lucky mate glad you went when you did doesn't bare thinking about what could have happened mate pleased you are doing better now mate I bet you can’t wait to get back on test I went without from June till the following February and it was horrendous haha

Similar to you I was really lucky I had a really bad sickness bug was vomiting constantly couldn’t keep the tiniest sip of water down I thought I’d be ok I started getting to the point of being unable to walk more than a few steps due the the extreme cramps still though I’d eventuslly be able to keep fluids down and be ok then the lass I was seeing at the time showed up at my house to check on me and said I needed to go to hospital so I agreed to go to the minor injuries walk I. But when got there they couldn’t find a pulse or take a blood pressure reading so they stuck a drip in me and got an emergency ambulance to cramlington hospital said another hour or so and I’d have been dead as body was starting to shut down, the staff at ashington and the paramedics thought I wouldn’t survive the night basically told the lass to get over to cramlington as might be last time see me but after the night in resus I started to get better wasn’t allowed to walk for a week as heart was so weak had to be pushed in a wheelchair haha was in hospital just over 2 weeks would have been longer but discharged self since then heart has recovered from severe heart failure level to the bottom end of normal function so out of heart failure
Like you I was very lucky mate had that lass not came ower I’d have been fucked ha

You need to train twice a day, 7 days a week to make gains.

Bench press everyday and max out to a limit single.

At the same time cut your calories to 900 per day and double your drug dosages.
