How much rest between sets?

Today 2.5 minutes with a timer but sometimes go to 3-5 or just play it by feel.

I use a timer so as not too work too fast.

Technically,  it was my second try at benching:  not long after my 13th birthday, I benched 140 with relaive ease.  My friend had a set of the SEARS concrete-filled plates, and after vidoegames, we got bored and tested our strength.  We weighed the plates and set off on our competition.   

He topped at around an even 100.  I tried it and repped it out.  We loaded the bar with all of the weights he had and it was easy.

You're been using all manner of stuff for years and can't bench 100 kilos for 10?

That's high schooler shit.  You can do so much better...but for God's sake, be CONSISTENT IN WHAT YOU DO!  Come up with a decent plan and stick to it,

I will train delts and Tris with passion on the regular

Bis and legs I will not train for awhile

New split is...

Day 1 Tris and pecs every 6 days

Day 2 upper lats

Day 3 side delts

I clearly remember benching 225 for a double pause when I was 152 with my wife natural back in the early 2000s

My strength is the Adonis ratio

My shoulders are 2 feet wide and my waist is only one foot across

I want to make it even more prominent hence training only side delt upper lat width and Tris


I feel good and happy with this as it is my DESTINY

Just need to throw the rest of the androgens down the toilet and focus on test and DECA

Power BarBell Rows - those you go heavier and its a more explosive movement than the standard slow barbell row.  I go slower on the DB rows but try to add in an explosive movement like this w 225 or 315 depending how I feel for the day.

I'm pushing to widen the upper outer lats very specific

I can not train the push apparatus more often than once every 6 days so it sucks but I have to accept reality

Also I am not the bench press phenomenon I thought I was but I can freely admit that

Also AI and I can to the mutual agreement that the best j can do bw wize is 5'11 165-170 @4-5%

Again I am in touch with realty about my sub optimal muscle gaining/building potential

I'm only 153_154 @ 6-7% right now so theoretically I could add up to 20 more pound of lean dry contractile tissue

So maybe I should even settle for 10 as I really doubt I can add 20 more pounds
