DB squats 135's  - 7 sets x 10 reps

Leg Extension - 3 sets x 12 superset standing calf raises.

Seated leg curls - 3 sets x 12 superset standing calf raises


1 hour circuit  (Probably 7-9 rounds lost count)

405 hex bar dead x 3
Incline Barbell Press - 225 x 10
Standing DB  RDL - 80's x 7 superset standing calf raises with 80's x 10

Oof, what a cunt. I've been really in the groove recently with running most days, lifting most days, and smashing loads of weighted hikes. Chucked 40lbs on my back earlier and powered up this beautiful hill to enjoy the view and make a coffee. Decided to run all the way back as I was feeling so good. Literally 100 meters from my car, I slipped on a wet stone while bombing it downhill and stacked it like a sack of shit. Ankle looks like a baboon's ass. Thank fuck my car is an automatic and I could drive back. Oxycodone is kicking in nicely at least.
