Did a robcguns workout today. Picked 5 exercises for bis and tris did 6 sets of each. Down to 250 even from a high of 265, 25 lbs to go. Dream is to look half as good as henda

DB sumo squats - 130's - 7 x 12

Lying Leg Curl  - 3/4 stack x 10

4:45  - 5:45 CIRCUIT

Heavy Sled Push  - 30 yards
Incline Barbell Press  - 225 x 6
Leg Extension & Lying Leg Curl - 12 / 12
Incline DB Press - 75s for 10 reps


5:45  - 6:00

Calves and Abs
