Did a robcguns workout today. Picked 5 exercises for bis and tris did 6 sets of each. Down to 250 even from a high of 265, 25 lbs to go. Dream is to look half as good as henda

Heavy Sled Push  - 30 yards
Incline Barbell Press  - 225 x 6
Leg Extension & Lying Leg Curl - 12 / 12
Incline DB Press - 75s for 10 reps


5:45  - 6:00

Calves and Abs

walking lunges down the driveway w 40lb vest and empty barbell on back.. dropped barbell, dropped vest, just body weight...  great workout.

ditch the sandbag and run around with a widescreen TV on your shoulder, you may get chased as well, so thats sprint intervals.
