Pushups -2 X max reps (again,not too many unfortunately......will start doing flyes soon) 

Double DB Rows - 2 X 20,15

Seated DB Press - 1 X 15

Lateral Raise - 1 X 25

Seated Alternate DB Curls - 2 X 15,12

One-Arm DB Triceps Extensions - 2 X 12

I went considerably heavier on most exercises......'legs' later today.

Incline Barbell Press - 225 x 10

trained legs a ton then 30 minutes incline treadmill, then an hour heavy bag, then hauling yellow clay and pea rock into the yard and landscaping
