My doctor gave me the ok to give her 7.5mg Zopiclone nightly for 14 days on / 14 off, and Vyvanse daily.

It's like pulling teeth to even get her to stop smoking crack long enough to pop a Zopiclone and go to sleep.

I've basically stopped giving a shit at this point.

It cannot POSSIBLY get any easier than just "Take a pill a lie down".

My concern with Vyvanse is if it would cause a problem when combined with crack
Serotonin shock or something like that.

Although my doctor didn’t mention that, so maybe that's not a risk.

I checked some things on Bluelight.org, and I'm also worried a little about her getting a poly-drug addiction.

I've been down this road before. It may just be time to let her do her own thing. I'm easy to rely on since I'm available so much...but it's hard watching a person go downhill like this.

Makes me wonder how Britney's boyfriend is handling this.

I don't know how intense the craving for crack is. I know my training partner used to shoot speed like 25 years ago and they were up for 3 days and then took a benzo to recover lol.

A doctor prescribing her Vyvance, well they weigh the positives contra negatives and a lot of times it's worth it to take on risk. When I picked up my antidepressants the pharmacist asked if the prescription was reallly correct because the system flagged two drugs as incompatible (serotonin syndrome). But it was correct, it's not rarely you get contraindicated drug combinations.

I would be surprised if a crack smoker didn't have a poly drug addiction. Wouldn't Xanax be extremely common?

It's not rare, I get it bad, everything tastes like shit, metallic. I wouldn't take it for that reason. I don't think the zolpidem caused that at all, but at least here they are getting away from that drug due to dangerous and bizarre behavior.

Yeah, it does that to everyone. Tastes like shit. Zolpidem is a god-send for me, though. Mogadon (Nitrazepam) is crap. It's very weak.

I'm scared of zolpidem. About 20 years ago it caused me something potentially dangerous. Lawmakers want to ban it etc. It can also be recreational which increases the risk of bad effects.

I've always heard rumors about its supposed black-out side-effects but I've never experienced it myself. I only tend to take 5 mg on nights where I'm really struggling to sleep and it's fantastic. I've popped 10 mg on plenty of long flights with no issues, too. Doesn't leave me feeling drowsy and it wears off quick. I'm very careful to not use it too often, though. It's one of those drugs that people can become dependent on quite quickly.
