yup...lowering it you could see it was way too heavy
For sure......it`s cool to push yourself but you have to be realistic.
I saw a guy in the gym years ago leg pressing 10 plates per side for reps, then when he was in between sets some idiot newb tried it and got buried.....he had no idea of what it would take to move that kind of weight,just because the other guy made it look easy.
You gotta respect the iron or it can hurt you.
