Looks like a 341  in Bench and a 462 deadlift looks like he doesn’t squat not sure why possibly injury but respectable bench and deadlift

Considering I hadn’t tried that since prior to my last pec tear and it felt easy and didn’t hurt the pec feels pretty good. I know I can trust it to train heavier now.
