Each weekend, I eat more shit-food than I do during the week, Pizza, Chinese, etc.
I try to keep it as clean as I can during the week, but have what I want on weekends.
Anyways, Im normally 200 lbs in the AM, 205 in the PM.
On weekends I'm like 205-210 at any given time. I dont tell the world I weigh 210. (fake bloat of peace).
In fact I dont tell the world at all about bodyweight, unless a gym pal asks. I just say "200". Average waking bodyweight for any given week.
This obsession with scales, tape measures, posing pics, etc is very bizarre for an old man...
