Ok that is fair enough if the verbatim quote did not match the video - but now that you have seen it verbatim, do you agree that Biden was not speaking only in the context of Ukraine?
I see that in other instances he has said we are low on 155mm.
“This is a war relating to munitions. And they’re running out of that ammunition, and we’re low on it,” Biden told CNN’s Fareed Zakaria. “And so, what I finally did, I took the recommendation of the Defense Department to – not permanently – but to allow for this transition period while we get more 155 weapons, these shells, for the Ukrainians.”
I don't know to what extent we are using them now, or when the projection is for a resupply, but I would say announcing ANY deficiency in our munitions supply, or any military weapon or equipment is a bad thing.
