It was more than 81 million... surpassing Trumps record of 74 million. Can you believe Trump surpassed Obama's 69.5 million votes in 2008. Hard for me to believe someone like Trump beat someone like Obama but the evidence is clear. So I accept it.

Your 1st link as usual is from a far far right wing source and of course they misquote Biden because they know 99% of their readers will just accept the headline as fact. But the fact is, Biden said in that clip when asked why are we sending munitions to Ukraine, why now?  his reply was "It's running out of ammunition" It's and we are similar in that they contain letters so I can see why it threw that particular news source off.. but in the context of the clip, it's is Ukraine.

I don't know to what extent we are using them now, or when the projection is for a resupply, but I would say announcing ANY deficiency in our munitions supply, or any military weapon or equipment is a bad thing.
