I beat the former record holder by 5 kilo I also beat my previous best meet lift by 9lbs that is what matters. I have a good chance of qualifying for the Arnold next time out if I can continue to improve.

1) Find strict curl federation with lowest standards for lifts.
2) Find a competition within where there are no other competitors and a makable “record.”
3) Wear shoes and hold your phone in pocket for weigh in to duck real competitors.
4) Shake and cheat on competition day to barely pass their already weakest standards.
5) Show medals you won by competing against no one.
