No WiFi in the kid’s playground section of the local mall.
They have Wi Fi! ( it's my Mom's basement that doesn't have it )

David D, you are not factoring in that Hankins trained SO hard for his world record strict curl event that it will take the next six weeks of inactivity for his body to recuperate.

Methinks you are underestimating the importance of a true nutrition cocoon when it comes to recovery.

True and fantastic point.

He was so focused on setting that word record and having his name etched in history he literally gave himself  a hernia.

He trained with an otherworldly intensity and he will now need the same type of focus for recovery!

I don’t think that is accurate this is from a Saturday I don’t look fat

I was 336lbs again last night and 333.2lbs this am when I woke up. I am not getting up to poop I am not stuffing myself with food not taking anything. I literally had surgery yesterday and didn't eat the first half of the day. I have legitimately put on some weight. I don't think I will waste away in 6 weeks but even if I do lose some I have created a buffer. With you back on an 8 week diet again at 58 years old dieting multi times a year you will never make any gains. I actually planned to drop some weight the next 6 weeks the idea is to give ligaments and tendons some rest then come back rejuvenated. I had actually considered dropping a weight class for the December meet now I am not so sure perhaps I can go up instead. I am looking forward to getting back to leg training as well once the hernia is fixed and starting some deadlifts. As you heal and recover and get stronger you can train better and make more gains the process can actually accelerate. I am surprised where my strength and size is right now it gives me renewed hope I think new PR are in my future. The best may in fact be yet to come

No one cares, you fucking dick, lol. You're like the retards who develop Stockholm syndrome. If you ever got kidnapped by ISIS, you'd be ringing them up years later to tell them about how your neck is now extra thick and could snap a saw blade, and how they'll need a bigger jumpsuit if they come for you again.

So, Bhanky, whatever happened at the Strict Curl contest?

Nothing they are reviewing their record policies I am waiting to hear back. Not too worried about it I know what I lifted and what I need to lift to qualify for the Arnold. If you look at their SHW record you will see they show an Open record and an Open Arnold record. If you read their bylaws they say they will keep two separate record list however they are a new federation, and the issue hasn't come up much other than the separate Arnold record listed at SHW so now they need to review their policies as they have all tested meets like the Mr America and elective tested meets like the Arnold. They have two classes you can register at some meets but currently only 1 record book so they need to review what they are doing. However, at no time was my lift or my class win questioned. I care about trying to qualify for the Arnold that is my actual goal I am training for not age group records those don't really matter. I am chasing Coop and I have a long way to go. But as long as I am making gains and improving, I am happy and yeah, the meets are a lot of fun and keep me motivated to train since you are all experts at Strict Curling now maybe instead of talking trash you guys should go enter a meet and see what it's all about.

I hope your efforts are justly rewarded when the SCN Committee finally decides what to do with you.

Your accomplishment has no doubt stunned the SCN and set a new paradigm.

Damn I haven’t been paying attention lately. Bhanks is 333 lbs now  ???

That was my am weight today post surgery yesterday I was 336lbs last night and 336.2lbs the night before that but since I can't train the next 6 weeks I anticipate losing some weight which is why I wanted to come into this near peak form which I am and will get back to. The idea had been to possibly cut to 198lbs for the December meet so I would only need a 172lb strict curl to make the Arnold. They weigh in the night before and I could add some weight back. But I always get sick cutting weight. If I am in my mid 230s now I see no reason I can' slim to 220lbs for weigh ins and go for the 180lbs curl to qualify although that is a lot of weight but I have until December. But when I saw the scale say 236lbs and I knew exactly what I had changed the last two weeks and I saw my lifting strength this last week and all the shit these guys gave me about the 242lb weight class part of me thinks I may just stay at that weight class and push to 242lbs. Skip over the damn heavYweight Open at the Charlotte Pro and go straight to Super. I know I said this before but doing those shows and dieting set me back and my stability and strength in my chest and knees have been suspect but I am finally getting back to training with real weights and the bodyweight is going up despite not stuffing my face and condition is holding so maybe this is the year 240 or Bust

Actually you probably don`t know since you`re a quitter.

Again if Jeff wants to see who the leanest 195lb 60 year old man in West Elmchester is great good for him. I am training for size and strength, and I can't keep losing all my gains playing who is the skinniest with Jeff every couple months. I would put my 236lbs up against him all day everyday I think it is the better look. But I am not trying to stop here either or compete in the skinny old man contest I am trying to get getbig. My goals are to go past where I have been before. To be better to reach new PR's new arm size bigger better age be damned. But if that doesnt work out at least my belly button wil be fixed so my skinny old man will look better as well. But the goal is 240lb+ monster. I mean life can always throw a curveball but at 236.2 solid and vascular I am optimistic about my training future. I may actually get it all back and then some. Excited to get the trap bar it has higher handles so less stress on lower back and more on quads it says as well better hand placement sounds perfect for a guy who isnt doing heavy barbell squats its like a squat dealdift mix with less lower back stress. I looked at open Trap bars as well but I decided on this one but yeah I may do a full meet next year I think I can get a respectable 1200 with a little training now that I realize lifting meets are fun

https://www.roguefitness.com/rogue-tb-2-trap-bar

My motivation my trainings is better than ever my bodyweight is as big as ever and my strength is getting close to peak.

Couldn't do 172 lbs at 242 but thinks he's going to do it at 198, seems realistic.
