If you ignore the gyno, Franco's pecs are amongst the best ever with regard to density and clavicular pec development. The delts and back were also impressive. Obviously his legs were quite crappy in comparison to his competitors, and he didn't deserve the win. Platz would've been my pick for winner, with Padilla second. I'd have to see the whole lineup again but Franco probably deserved 5th or 6th at best.
That said, I think the recent Canada contest judging actually supersedes the 81 O as the worst judged pro bodybuilding contest ever. At least Franco had something going for him in terms of upper body development and density and truly excellent pecs, that guy who won in Canada was a fucked up mess.
