I know that 99.9% of reported 'pro stacks' are BS, but has anything ever been posted on GB about his intake?
I'd kind of stopped following the sport around this time, but I understand that he finally blew his kidneys with some sort of monster Milos stack, no..?
Oh, and just to be a bastard - reposts

He did something on his purported stack for winning the AC in 93 very recently. I think it was on the Dennis James podcast. Okay, so he counted all the things he used and it came out to about 3 grams total, which would be a good amount especially considering his bodyweight then. One strange thing about it is he claimed he did like a half unit or one unit of GH every other day. Maybe he couldn't count or something, didn't understand what the syringe markings meant, I don't know, but back right around that time and before many DID use ridiculously low doses because the recombinant 191AA GH was just only entering the market. It was extremely expensive and it might have been hard to get ahold of even for a pro.
I remember he said 800mg of the stack was Deca and then there was also a ridiculously high dose of Winstrol at some point, some confusion on how much he meant but it was a lot. So okay, now this sounds all reasonable and surely something close to what he did then, but here's the thing: Flex has been full of shit most of the time so this may just be something that would sound good for the podcast, truthful and something people in the know would accept. But was this his stack? Who the hell knows and it doesn't even matter really, we know what those guys did approximately. There's actually a high chance this stack is EXAGGERATED!
One guy on professionalmuscle said this:
His stories are all over the place, I’ve personally listened to him tell the same story with 20 different versions of cycle dosages to different people, I’m not trying to bash Flex since he has enough going on in his life but that being said he’s a clown 🤡 I’d believe Pinocchio before I’d ever believe anything Flex tells me about drug dosages.
Lol at the bolded. Well, that's the reputation he has built for himself, a clown.
What I have been extra irritated about with Flex, Lol, is his use of the made up term "sports supplement technology" for drugs lmao. Isn't that precious, like he needs to hide the word drugs so the kids don't hear it, at least it's funny in a pathetic way I guess.
Milos is known for low steroids recommendations and the guys he trains probably don't listen to him wrt to that, they do their own thing, Milos' thing is the giant sets and trying to blow up the physique with carb manipulations and insulin. Flex' kidneys were blown way before this episode, many years before. I think what happened was simply he gained a ton of water in days/couple of weeks and ended up in the hospital. Wasn't Milos' program per se, it's not very dangerous to use insulin for a period like he advices, provided you are healthy to begin with.
A rambling post but hopefully it makes some sense.
BTW, just to add this. It's funny how suddenly everyone talks about drugs and dosages, practically throwing it in your face constantly on social media. It used to be that "they can't talk about it because it's illegal" but that was balonie. It's just people following trends. Now everything is "TRT," it's like it's all they talk about now, a drugs guy like myself feels like "shut the fuck up allready, enough! No one cares about your fucking TRT!"

Kids using the word "tren." It's the hip thing to say constantly, especially how crazy it made you. Worse than crack and meth Larry Wheels said.
