I could’ve sworn I thought he said they didn’t do mesh. My bad if I’m wrong. It might been SF1900. Mesh could be a factor then

Rambone, it was me.

Double inguinal hernia. No mesh.

Aren’t you the guy who said he just started deca and test and was going to blow up? How is that going? Are you still fat and old?

No Brian

I am the guy who after 18 weeks training unassisted losing a shitload of body fat and gaining lean tissue decided to take 1ml of test and deca to assist my training

It’s going really well

Admittedly the last month not so good I took my two kids to turkey for a week and then Jamaica for a week. As a treat we went Jamaica virgin upper class and the kids had a blast. I am not arsed about that but it will boil Brian’s piss.

Meanwhile Brian you are the bum that had nobody attend your beard marriage and couldn’t raise the money to take your wife on a ducking honeymoon. That must hurt you must wake up embarrassed every day.

She never went SCN either did she and your contact with Spencer is lessening as he sees you are worthless.

Meanwhile Brian today I am stronger than you on any lift any lift at all. I’ve surpassed you strength wise in 6 months. You have regressed have fallen out with coop- he used to box at a level he’s take your head off and are now spending your days chasing opioids

Way to go champ!

Now go and rub one out to some 22 year old kids acne filled back you fucking predator.

I was prescribed and in a lot of pain I disclosed that prior but if you want to pretend I am an opiod junky sure fine have at it I don't care

Most surgery pain can be alleviated with otc pain meds. My 80 year old dad had knee surgery and since he didn’t use his opiate scripts we just threw them away. He said the pain was intense, but ibuprofen took the edge off and he recovered fine.

How did that go, SF?

Why no mesh?

Was it open surgery or laprascopic?

Asking for a friend.

I think open surgery. This is going back 22 years ago.
Dr was not sure if he was going to put the mesh in until he got in there. He said if my stomach wall seemed pretty strong, he would not put it in. After the surgery, he informed me that I had strong muscle tissue, I just overdid it with squats and deadlifts. He does not like putting in a foreign object if it's not needed. 22 years later, zero issue. Was a great doctor.

According to Brian that makes him an idiot for not taking the pain meds.  Brian is also fuming that you didn't send him your dad's pk's!

I still have a ton of pain pills that I never took after a day or two........I can`t take opiates of any kind anyway, not that I would want to.

My days of self medication are long behind me and I try not to take unnecessary BS unless I really have to,and then I attempt to cease usage ASAP.

It’s not a problem until the scripts run out, right big guy?

Here’s one of the greatest wrestlers of all time talking about his issues (and a real world champion), Hulk Hogan

On his battle with pain pill addiction: “I had doctors writing me prescription after prescription, and all of a sudden, it became a vicious cycle. I was hitting the pain pills hard because I’d had to endure twenty-five procedures, including ten to my back, facial operations from being kicked, knee and hip replacements and abdominal and shoulder surgeries.”

On his use of prescription pills after dealing with multiple surgeries: “There was a period of time, about five or six years ago, where I was in crazy pain to the extent I couldn’t even function. When you have back surgery, it takes a good year for your body to recover, yet they were cutting on me every four months. I needed pain meds at that stage, that’s for sure. But once things started to wind down, they continued giving me the same meds. It got to a point where I’d recovered from the tenth back surgery, and the pharmacy would call me and say, ‘Your prescription’s ready,’ and like a dog chasing a bone, I’d go pick it up.”

I have no scripts. I am not on opiates and I feel great today funny first you guys insist I drink then you insist I smoke cigarettes then it's I am on all the gear then it's I must be taking stimulants and now I am some kind of heroin junky. Meanwhile I don't drink and I don't take any pills on a regular basis not even advil or antacids I just took my prescribed painkillers for 5 days after Hernia surgery. I have taken no supplements, no pills, no  "gear" haven't trained I have done nothing and I am holding 235lbs. Once I start training again I am sure the weight will come down a few pounds and I will lean out some but I am holding my size despite taking a complete break from everything. Just 3 more weeks and I am cleared to train again and belly button hernia area is looking great no visible scars in that area. Going to be adding an outdoor squatting station at the house in addition to my new trap bar so will be doing more squats and deadlifts but will be using light weight and reps to prevent injury. But yeah I was afraid to bulk or lift too heavy when I had the Hernia as did not want to make it worse will still be careful but the abdomen should be stronger than before.

Brian don’t make us quote your posts where you admit to all of this.

When have you ever used heavy weight?

I have been eating less not stuffing I was surprised. I am a little softer as I am not burning calories training and recovering from training. I also still have some swelling, but 3 more weeks isn't too long, and I seem to be keeping my size. I would rather carry a few extra pounds and keep my size when not training than compound the recovery and lack of training issue with a calorie deficit. Once I start lifting again, I will tone up just fine.

Your body is recompositioning, losing muscle while getting fatter.

Strange you all told me I would be 170lbs once I quit training and bulking yet here I am doing nothing all and holding my size and then some. Weird I don't feel like I have lost any muscle if anything my aches and pains feel well rested and ready to train.

If you came off the gear. Hard to loose muscle if you are on over 2 grams a week for 2 decades.
