I absolutely am following a bodybuilding diet. I don't care what anyone told you or emailed you or who they were if you don't actually represent with your body you don't know what the fuck a bodybuilding diet actually is so sit back and witness.

My total cholesterol is 137 so no I am not worried about it in the least. I use prime rib burger patties.
I added mozzarella cheese to this 3 meat Red Baron pizza. I am actually pretty hungry this will go down easy. Probably last meal of the day.

I did one show and weighed in at 198lbs 2 weeks ago today. Meanwhile I am 229.6 right now at 8.2% and you want to sell me down the river already? 32lbs in 2 weeks can I at least try a 2nd show?. I am going to come in a full 225 in 10 weeks how many guys add that size that quick into a show at my age for fuck sake I have blown up before your very eyes.
