I gave you props but I didn't post these pics Gym rat did calling me out meanwhile while I was not even bodybuilding at the time but I was certainly in great shape. And Bodyweight counts I know you don't want to hear that.

The fact that you say body weight counts proves that you know fck all about BB. You are NOT a BB. You got your ass kicked at a show and then quit at least one (maybe multiple) contests. You e never even won your weight class.
You obviously haven’t been to many shows.be wise I’ve seen MANY times where the light heavy or even the middleweight has beat the shit out of the heavy and super heavy to win the overall. If body weight mattered the super heavy would win every time. Most shows are won by classes other than the super

He`s a wannabe who`s a big fish in a small hillbilly pond bro......once he ventures out and actually enters something (I would say "competes in something" but no....he`s never been competitive) he loses to just average bodybuilders.

I guess you are right. It’s just hard for me to believe that he has even BEEN to very many contests or he would know that the heaviest guy doesn’t have ANY advantage. It’s like he doesn’t understand that BB is about building the most symmetrical shredded physique that aesthetically works. I had a friend that beat a SHREDDED super heavyweight. He was light heavy and although he was ripped he was probably not quite as sucked down as the super heavy. But it was obvious the second they were on stage side by side that my buddy won. He was 50+ pounds lighter but the eye was drawn to him over the super

He thinks THAT is a huge guy? I don’t give a shit what he claims his arms measure - they look average at best there. I couldn’t give a damn if he weight 310 lbs there - weight means fuck all.

I`ve seen it a million times.

He doesn`t get it because he doesn`t understand it`s not the scale and the tape measure,it`s the overall package and how it`s presented............amo ng other obvious things of course.

He diets for exactly zero days........and it shows by his placings.

Last I checked I don’t need anyone’s permission to have goals my goals the next 12 months are a follows. I don’t think they are unreasonable and I do think I was close prior to surgery

350 bench
409 squat
500 deadlift

But yeah obviously the next 6 months is just going to be recovery from surgery

If you guys want to pretend I am fat or skinny that’s on you I will be in shape as always

I gave you props but I didn't post these pics Gym rat did calling me out meanwhile while I was not even bodybuilding at the time but I was certainly in great shape. And Bodyweight counts I know you don't want to hear that.

Brian, I'm just razzing ya, I give you props as well. You get into great BB condition. And 220-230 is by no means "small".

Remember who posted the pics first though, not I... I was sort of just trolling/baiting.
I think if you say "guys fuck off" and move on from a troll-job, the thread dies.

Youre the best heel in GetBig history IMO...  You never did anything wrong to me but give honest criticism.
So I do not dislike you, just enjoy pushing buttons on occasion. Its GetBig after-all...

Probably need to lose the 'pussy pad', makes the bar sit high on the neck.
Your shoulders seem tight like mine, but getting the bar a bit lower can  help.

I stopped using the pad a long time ago and yes I try to get the bar lower now. I am wearing a belt in that pic under the shirt that is a buckle in front not a belly. Regardless The plan going forward is to actually switch to front squats. I have read they can be better on a herniated disc than back squats also ago more stress on quads less lower back. Additionally being the harder movement don't need to use as much weight. I am going to have the squat rack setup outside when I start lifting again. But even though I can start training at 6 weeks that doesn't mean heavy squats and deads will go real light which will help me get form really dialed in as I eventually increase the weight. My buddy just posted himself doing 550 for 10 on the trap bar and when I asked he said it doesn't put as much stress on his lower back and really puts more on quads also said the trap was the more natural way to lift which I agree. Anyway just kind of reaffirmed my belief the trap bar is a better choice for me as will be doing front squats one day a week and trap deads one day a week and have lower back issues so I think front squats and trap bar with higher height grip will both help spare lower back. Oh yeah I am stoked to train and have a plan.

Trap bar is a great tool... Yeah, I can pull 100 lbs more on trap-bar. More inline, straight up/down. (The one w/ raised handles also gives more advantage).
Yup, take it slow, write a plan where you add 10 lbs a week to your SQ's and DL's (once healed, start low, work up)...

Front SQ's are also very good (harder, so less weight (does more)..

Yeah I have you posted them in your training thread or something you are about 65 years old and 170lbs in decent shape for your age not fat but not any kind of actual serious weight lifter. You also literally did the same exercise everyday for like years.

You look like a skinny 50 year old who started doing pushups at home and now is a slightly less skinny looking 65 year old who now has a gym membership so no of course you don't know shit

Bhanks, what is considered a serious weight lifter in your books?

1 set of leg extensions followed by some nice french toast?

You guys are arguing over a pic that is 5 years old and again absolutely I am shredded in the pic and that is the size and condition women like best. I am 30lbs heavier now things look a little different.

Brianna Faggott Queer Bait - No one is Arguing - We're pointing out all the short comings of your physique in that Pic - Learn to read & Comprehend.

You are fairly lean - Not shredded - Go look at Pics of Dorian / Munzer etc
They are Shredded - You most definitely are not

Not fat. Just the undershirt and undigested food. Occasionally, the lifting belt.

Is this pic AI-generated or is the bar really that high?  That is crazy.

25 years of training and doesn`t know where to put the bar on his shoulders for squatting.

Front Squats would be hysterical to watch.   ;D

This is guy is the epitome of finding the easy way out.

What a weirdo, bragging about what he’s going to do as if he’s been doing it all along. I’ll be deadlifting so heavy on the trap bar and front squatting for the first time in my life despite my knees being replaced 20 years ago, because front squats are more a quad dominant exercise and I’ve been training for 25 years…..

lol you vlcant make up this level of stupidity.
