At least she seemed to stay in one piece. The edge of street signs and thin poles do a number on people sometimes. Street signs especially, they sever things like a giant razor blade.

Apparently, she and a girlfriend, the person that was driving went out for a day of dancing, beach going, and drinking in the Dominican Republic. Yeah, it's just her head bandaged up and some blood. The haunting part is the eyes, you can see that she was gone, and they were just keeping her alive for a bit while they sorted out the family situation and formal details most likely.

When I lived in Florida,there was a chick who crossed the street thinking she was safe but got clipped by a side view mirror.

There`s tons of landscaping businesses down there and the pickups haul trailers with mowers and weed whackers on them so they have to have the mirrors that are out wider than they would be on a normal truck to see beyond the trailer.

This chick thought it was safe but didn`t take the mirror into account,got clipped in the head, and was killed instantly.

if she had done this on a motorcycle she might have had a helmet on,  probably survive the head trauma but end up paralyzed from neck injury.
