It's been said before, virtually everyone's delts today have a lot of scar tissue that was caused intentionally. The chance is not small. They all site inject gear hoping it will help size. Most of them pin either gear or Synthol in whatever bodypart they are training that day, especially in "weak" bodyparts.
You can detect it much easier in moving pictures. Moving arms overhead is when you can really spot it - just as you lift the arms the side delt juts out unnaturally. Nasser said he was the only one who didn't use Synthol. In reality he was the worst example out of the top guys then.
I had heard of that technique with scar tissue, then happened across an Ironage post where you said that bodybuilders should only inject in the glutes to prevent this.
So does scar tissue sometimes look good, but more often than not look bad?
