Holy shit that’s fast Jane! I was pretty damn quick at 4.7 (or thought I was). Can you repost or point me to that video of you in the 100m? And - damn…. dem legs!! 😛🤓

Jane is in London today, I’m guessing it’s close to night time there now. The video was sent to 3 getbiggers for confirmation, it was not posted here. Jane doesn’t post photos, Princess L told her not to.

She’s not kidding, me and a couple others here have done sprint training with her. The poster Les Grossman is the fastest of the men (played football at Nebraska) and she can turn sideways mid sprint and look back and wait for him to try to catch up.

A legit 4.7 is pretty fast, 4.3 is just a whole other level.

No you won't

Yes I will.

I'll be getting 340-lb on Wednesday [something I would have gotten tonight had I attempted it, but I'm already beating you, and have 12 weeks to bury you, so there's no rush].

Here's 290/320/330. Swipe left:

https://www.instagram.com/p/CyFTiI4tsAp/

Now go adjust the rankings, jag-off. I'll beat your 365-lb squat next.

What's your deadlift?

Whatever. It's less than mine, that's all that matters.

It was over 30 by all means when you can bench press 350x2 go see how many reps you can get with 225.

So you got more reps with 225-lb than the top 2 Strongmen in Ontario got in 2012? And you did that at 210-lb, when they were 295-lb and 282-lb, respectively?

Bullshit.

But if you want me to get 225x31 just to beat you, I'll do that too. Not that you will shut up if I do that. You'll just claim more reps than whatever I got.  ::)

You are absolutely not beating 350x2 anytime soon much less by Jan 1 and what do you mean if I truly did that I have posted the video seems pretty clear to me? I am about 210lbs in the video but again you don't get a cookie for weighing 135lbs. My appetite came back a little yesterday 216lbs this am. You can weigh 130lbs or 285lbs I don't give a fuck you are not pressing 350x2 this year.

But yeah it was 2015 (8 years ago at 37 years old not 20 years ago) I can not do that now however I do hope to get back to 350x1 in the next few months. 2 is considerably harder than 1

No, you won't be getting 350-lb again. You have had too many injuries and surgeries to get back to your lifetime best.

I have had no injuries and no surgeries, and most of what I did was at 170-lb. My 345-lb bench press was at 183-lb, and I have pressed 335/340 at 170 numerous times.

Now I can be a full 20-lb heavier, which makes it that much easier for me.

350x2 will be NO issue at all.

But anyway - would you care to place a monetary wager here?

$500 CAD [that's only $365 USD] says I'll get 350x2 by the new year.

But my focus is beating your 350x2, and even beating your alleged 365-lb bench press from 2002.

Keep in mind that I JUST started training for strength 38 days ago. So this is just the beginning.

You're out or your depth here, B. Hank. And you need to be humbled, badly.

You will be.

What if he swipes right because he wants to have gay sex with you?

In that case, he would win! He would be second to Getbig gaylord Walter Sobchak though.

I do look forward to beating Walter though.

Any of the Getbig knowledge freaks can clarify this for me [Van Bilderass - I'm looking at you], but I've heard that not spilling a load for seven days prior to a strength test can bring up your strength by 10%?

I'm assuming that means 10% more reps, and not one rep-max strength...but it probably helps for both.

It doesn't matter though - I will be beating B. Hank handily. I'm already ahead or him, and that disparity will only increase as the weeks go by.

1 rep max bench is so stupid unless one is competing.    It does literally nothing for hypertrophy

You haven't beaten anything yet

I beat your 315 on Monday when I lifted 315 with better form you did, and then went on to press 325. Yes, my spotter ACCIDENTALLY touched the bar...but I told you:
I would have gotten it ANYWAY...AND that I would beat it next week.

But I decided to beat it last night, just to shut you up.

Bench - 290/320/330 [swipe left]:

Now go put me ahead of you on the leaderboard.
And you may as well mark me in at 340, because I'll be getting that in four days.

I was thinking we need a better more positive leaderboard more of a Bench Press club......blah blah blah.....

I tried to make challenge lifts achievable without being insulting to anyone I hope everyone makes their challenge and then some. If anyone feels a challenge is unrealistic to them a more realistic challenge can and will be posted we want everyone to be able to participate

Anyone who successfully verifies their lift will get a GetBig Bench Press Club T shirt at year end

GETBIG 2023 Bench Press Leader Challenge Board

2. Tatoo 350 Unverified
3. RobcGuns 330 Unverified

Etc etc etc

Bhanky can see Matt is on laser mission to take him out with an objective win in their mano a mano battle

So he starts his 'positive' thread to hedge against a potential loss to the Canadian Comet

This way he can't lose in his mind:
* Beats Matt And others: usual obnoxious Bhank
* Loses to Matt and others: claims he motivated them = also usual obnoxious Bhank

It's not a troll job, it's a hedge against losing, most notably to Matt, note how it is only he who has a "Special Challenge" lol

I actually think Matt can do it

He just needs to sleep 16 hours a day and have pre workout sub from subway.

While Hankins needs to drive to Florida to see his doctor to get 3x 10 ml bottles of test 250 mg/ per tl last him 4 weeks

You do the math

How will lifts be verified?

Will contestants have to post videos for inclusion in Bhanky's spank collection?

The No-Fap incels have been going nuts since Andrew Huberman claimed on his podcast that testosterone was shown to increase up to 400% above baseline in a 7 day or more abstinence period.
( Episode 14 : How to Optimize Testosterone and Estrogen. ~26:15 minutes in )

ZERO papers or data to back up his claims though.....

Umm yeh - 4.3 is nfl combine STUD level. For a woman it’s super human.

Hi Marvin !  🙋‍♀️

I am back home now. Yes, I ran 4.33 in running shoes, after track practice. I think I was 18 years old. I have always kept running and sprinting in my training program.

I have heard stories and seen the rare video clips of guys who run 4.2 at the NFL combine, but I’ve never seen one in person.

I’m a little older now, and maybe 3-4 lbs lighter, but no one is getting up off their couch and outrunning me. Hankins is talking out his (bleeding) ass.
