These two statements are in direct conflict. I have no excuse I hope you do get 340lbs on Wens Good Luck!!! Hell I hope you bench 405lbs I am rooting for you. If I get 330lbs when I get back to heavy singles before year end I will be happy regardless if you bench 500lbs. I am not sure I can get to 340 by year end you may wrap it up right here. I will give it the old college try though. But I am not training low reps yet it will be a few more weeks for me.

try to practice some form as well. Your ass comes up 1st, then your legs straighten, then you do a stiff-leg DL for the remaining portion of the lift.

Vaping legal delta 8 for my stomach pain post Hernia repair. Went to bed around 10 last night after Sushi and got up after 6am. I am certainly not posting anything at 2am on getbig.

Why is the thread with the challenge board missing? The moderators allow other members to post malicious slander and lies about me with my real name but then take down my thread on bench pressing?
