Feeling OK, I did 325 for 2 last week, so Im just about there... I did 355 when I hurt it, so I may not go back there and hang in this area...

325 for a double is solid especially if you are 57 I believe? Where were you at 47? Have you gained in your 50s or maintained? They say the ability to add muscle drops significantly after 50 as your body responds to exercise differently but that has to be dependent on your metabolism and activity level you have maintained I would think. I am wondering if and when you noticed any difference as far as energy or strength or recovery or gains?
