Finally got my 225x15 paused rep bench press set on my last set to upload. I buried the link in the middle of this post, so here it is:
https://www.instagram.com/reel/C1D7KvTtRNb/I just BARELY eked out that 15 reps. I was pretty spent. This set was a monster - especially those last few reps, haha.
I'm at 225x26 now, fresh - and obviously bounced.
I do have reason to believe I will get 225x30...barring any unforeseen circumstance.
I was also able to get 225x26 in 4.33s. I don't have a video, but four Getbiggers confirmed the lift in that 4.33s time-frame.
I then set up 85-lb to deadlift, but I wasn't able to break inertia with it. I took a photo of it Florence, Italy, near a home I own there [my mom was born in Italy, and I own multiple homes there].
If anyone wants a photo of me at some touristy location in Florence, rather than from the home I actually own, let me know.
I would be happy to post a photo of a shadow of me to prove I own real estate there though.
Here's the link again - 225x15, with pause:
https://www.instagram.com/reel/C1D7KvTtRNb/After this set, I put 433-lb on the bench and managed to get it for a double! Some big guys were in the gym with me and saw me do it - while is more than they lift.
They were really nice about it. "It" being getting beaten at bench press by a "thin" man, when they were all over 250-lb.
I'm just happy they were nice about "it". When talking about "it", "it" is important to include.
Especially if you are making up a claim about "it". Rather than, oh I don't know - POST ACTUAL EVIDENCE TO PROVE YOUR CLAIMS, just use a unique writing style to talk about "it" and be specific about things that didn't happen, then some morons on here will believe your stupid claims about "it".
Now, excuse - I need to go bench press 740 and 797 in 4.33s. 😆😅😂
