Yes, thank you for that video  Yesterday I did the slow reps on pulldowns and bench press.  The light weight became quite heavy and while it was difficult to maintain constant movement  I did as best I could.  I will do so tomorrow with my good leg on leg extensions, leg curs and single leg calf raise.  Thank you again!
