So 25 years of steroid abuse gained you 1.5" on your arms? LMAO!!!!! ;D ;D

No one is abusing anything and I went from 16 to 19 at my biggest so that is 3 inches. Right now maybe 18.5 cold but lean. Meanwhile you are a slob you have always been a slob and have never looked like a trained athlete one single day in your life

He literally connected with one punch the entire fight lol he spent 8 of the 10 minutes on his back eating unanswered shots

So I guess that is still a no on the 275? Damn you are weak for a fat guy

He doesn't look like it when the ref was raising his hand in victory while you hung your head in defeat. :(
It looks like that fat, out of shape slob beat you up and took the W. Why didn't your abs and 17" arms help you beat that fat guy?

sure thing

i did it today on delts and tris and blew the fuck up saran wrapped skin and cross-strations all over the fucking joint

16 inch arms @ a buck 60

average arm is 12 inches
The average arm is around 15 inches and change. They take the measurements unflexed hanging on their side. I bet your arm is 14 inches under those conditions. Of course you have low bodyfat so your arm measurement isn't equal to most.

Again my arms are much larger than 17 I gave that dude a concussion

How many months of training do you need to bench 275lbs? Do you think you can get 250lbs now? A bodyweight bench press shouldn’t be to hard for you. Just bounce it off your belly

250 at 18%

not the greatest but massive improvement

on 1ml of test a week

like it or not I've lost 48lbs of bodyfat and put on 22 of lean tissue in 8 months. 3 of which on test.

how have you improved? oh you havent.

you are as succeessful as your bench press competition. complete failure. no wonder you like getting pegged- is it the pain or the humiliation that gets you off?

That guy with the 50" waist, no abs, 15" arms and a 14" neck beat your ass and has his hand raised in victory. You should humble yourself, you're not a tough guy.

The post which showed Brian's competition history, with each defeat getting chalked up to judges being wrong (MMA / BB) is pretty telling when you read them all together.

I actually do give him credit for actually competing in those arenas, but do not for his unrealistic interpretation.  If it happened once, sure, but every single time?  LOL.

Most fights I've seen the ref calls it when this happens.

He gets some credit for competing, but he's never won anything and presents himself as an expert tough guy. He should observe more and keep his pie hole shut. He might learn a thing or two.

You have lost 48lbs of fat I have never had 20lbs of fat on my entire body like wtf are you bragging about and you are still a slob. How did I fail anything? I was challenged 4 weeks post surgery lol. I still came back and pressed more than my presurgival press at 20 weeks post surgery. That is incredible. Meanwhile every other bitch in this board not recovering from a hernia surgery spent 4 months talking shit and was too scared to give it a try everyone of you had an excuse. Pussies everyone of you

Where are you getting your data the average high school kid has a 16 inch arm

Where are you getting your data? Can you show us the study indicating this?

The average size of an adult male is 13-14 inches so I doubt the average size of a teenagers arm in is 16 inches.

You’re asking others where they are getting their data from. Where are you getting your data from?
