I am going to pick the bar up off the ground 10 times it’s a set for reps. It’s Actually harder not to drop it on the negative but whatever it doesn’t matter what I do it won’t count for one reason or the other. No reset weight touched, weight didn’t touch, I wore a belt, I had an over under grip, I bent my knees, I didn’t bend my knees, the bar was too far away from my shins, my feet looked funny, I wore a shirt,  I leaned forward, I leaned backward, I passed gas, I breathed whatever. I am just going to pick the weight up 10 times you guys can argue about why it doesn’t count pick a reason not my issue

Just reset the bar and stop your whining. You would expect my strict curl technique to be legit.

Last I checked I am a bodybuilder and that is how I have always done deadlifts

By strongman rules the only place the compete in repped deadlifts those are legal reps

First 3 reps were utter garbage and they would not get a pass in strongman as you did not lockout.

Ironically reps 7, 8, 9 and 10 when you were winded were better and would count for strongman. (ignoring grip rules)

4 was okay. 5 and 6 were probably a miss.

Not whining but I did 10 deadlift just like I said only after the bet was already confirmed in 2 separate threads did Wes then started a 50 page  rules thread that I never agreed to there is no rules its a fucking deadlift you pick it up off the ground and stand up that's fucking it. I am not going to argue about how long I paused how long was the negative how much I bent my knees how much I dipped my hips whether or not I winked at the fucking camera blah blah blah. I picked up the fucking weight off the ground and stood up that is a deadlift end of story.

I made one thread stating actual facts about how a deadlift should be correctly performed.....and there is more to it that just lifting it and putting it down as your dumb ass has found out.

I competed as a powerlifter in the AAU before you were born bitch.......you can`t tell me shit about lifting,bodybuilding,contest prep,posing,diet,or training.... all you  know is drugs and they aren`t working for you............you kunt!
