I got a sample of this stuff w/ a supp order... Veins were busting out of my skin, "Bhanks-like shredz"...

Was never sold on Nitric Oxide supps, except of course the 5 mg of cialis I take every other day for BP, blood and other benefits...

Cialis gives me a big pump as it is (no homo), I used to get glycerin in bulk and just add that to my water.  Great stuff but I’m still unsure if obtaining a pump has anything at all to do with anabolism.  Plenty fun though

getting bigger muscles is about stretching the fibres you have, you cant create new fibres, thats hyperplasia.
Its only hypertrophy that happens in muscles

I don't know about that. I remember reading a study decades back where they biopsied weight trainers and non.  The weight trainers didn't have bigger muscle fibers.  So in that study they theorized that they were creating more muscle fibers.  I wonder if there are any new studies on this? If a new study confirms bodybuilders don't have thicker fibers but have bigger muscles than non trained people then that points to hyperplasia. What you wrote could be 100% correct but I wonder.

I've read others recommended low dose cialis for heart health and gym pumps. I got a prescription my doctor. Noticed no pumps.  But man it made me tired. Felt sluggish all day. Tried it for a week and just couldn't get going.

Never heard of this before. Ive heard of headaches for the first week, but not feeling tired. What was your dosage?

I did that beet root powder from Amazon for a while to ingest/create more nitrous oxide......tasted like dirt,but it worked........even good for bring increased blood flow to the pecker not that I need that but it was too nasty to continue.

Yes,I hit 188 quite a while back, and didn`t like the way I looked....remember I have a tiny bone structure.....docs visit before this one was 192.....now 200 on the nose my Italian long time brother from another mother!  ;)

I look huge at 200,but I`m pretty vascular in some areas,legs are always lagging even though I crush them weekly.........respondin g,but slower than Hell.

Oh well,I`m doing the best I can, and am on minimal dosages (sorry oldtimer,but I plan on competing).....trying to get the most bang for my buck.......seems to be working as my receptors were cleaned out after a 5 year layoff due to medical reasons.
