Joe is a smart individual, he doesn't post anything that might be indicated a as very bad in case he was doxxed. He is also not very big so he doesn't need to do very high doses.
I was initially taken aback my joswift's post where he said that 200mg is acceptable to make progress in bodybuilding. It is message board lore that a barebones steroid cycle is 500mg Testosterone at a minimum. But Lyle McDonald said 500mg is when training techniques begin not to matter because you are going to grow on that amount.
When I later had him clarify his post, he just said - follow a good diet. The 500mg figure is going to work for people following your sort of normal North American [or UK] bad diet.
If the average man produces between 50-150mg of Testosterone per week, 200mg would be double that of many men. So...yeah, sure, you can make progress.
I don't think most would look like joswift...that's where decades of training + good genetics come in. Obviously, he will have that encoded in his DNA by now.
My experience from taking Anadrol last summer was: it didn't take much. Plus, I didn't want some huge change anyway. I guess it depends on what sort of transformation you want to make.
PS - I took creatine last month, and put on 10-lb, Van. I hope 4-lb was muscle, like you said I could gain. Do you think it would be ok to run it for another month so son? I don't want to lose that 10-lb until my strength challenge with B. Hank is over on January 1st, lol.
