Dumbass still doesn’t get it. Trying to equate his charges to his RIGHT to a speedy trial and jail conditions.

Just picture him as a black drug dealer and take a breath...

No.  Trying - and succeeding - to equate you retards cry of Banana Republic comparisons to dramatic bullshit.

If he had kept his little ass at home that day, he wouldn't be in jail.

Citizens have the right to a speedy trial unless they give up that right. Prisons should not be sub human. No person NOT found guilty at trial is in a prison. They are kept in a jail awaiting trial.
Summary... He is Not in prison

Did he give up that right?   Ok, I understand the distinction you are making but being kept in Jail in my mind is the same thing.  Why is it taking so long?  And is that right to do?  If the dude is guilty, fine, but he should have a speedy trial to find out.

And is he really a political prisoner?  Or is that just embellishment to sell outrage?

And….you still don’t get it.

Over 300 “insurrectionists” were arrested yesterday. They shouldn’t have been there either. You think they’ll get the same treatment as the J6 political prisoners? No one said yesterday to protest “peaceful and patriotically” . Do you think the DOJ and FBI will search the country and arrest those that weren’t even there? Talib lead the charge. Has she been arrested yet?

I mean, cops were injured. They breached the metal detectors, Insurrectionists were roaming the halls. Should the CP should have shot someone?

They should all be treated the same.

Again, if they stayed home, they wouldn't have been arrested.  But not once will I be as stupid as you to call them "political prisoners".   ::)

99% conviction rate in 95% democratic district, all Trump supporters. Yesterdays protestors were literally all terrorist sympathizers if not some being terrorists themselves.

So you want to protect some criminals, but not others?

You attending any protests for the J6ers?  Donating money to their families or legal fund?  Planning a march for human rights?  Naw, you just sitting on the internet whining every day.  Doing what you do best.  NOTHING.

Yes, I do, because all but small group of those arrested aren’t criminals and yes, I do donate unlike you who sits around googling the first negative thing heard then posting it as if it’s some kind of a “gotcha”. Tell us against again why they had to destroy evidence to get most of these convictions that took for ever to go to trial.

Fuckin' hilarious coming from a proven retard.

The fact you want to protect some criminals and not others only show that you really are stupid to think anyone takes you seriously.

Pre-trial detention without bail is nothing new. It’s just that it never mattered before, because Tucker and the gang didn’t tell Coach it mattered.

But now they have and, by God, Joe ain’t never heard of such a brutal injustice that he cares so little about. And now he’s been instructed to put down his well-worn DONALD J TRUMP “LIL ERIC’S MOUTH” masturbator and raise some hell, which is why he’s copy-posting about it and not contributing an actual, original thought.

Pre-trial detention is one thing. 1000 days waiting is quite another. How long do you think yesterdays “insurrectionists” will have to wait provided they haven’t been released yet?

Pre-trial detention can easily run in months to years in many cases. It’s just that you’re blind to it because it never affected you or your ilk; but now the proverbial shoe is on the other foot and your bunions are hurting.

If you really cared about people’s rights, as enshrined in the Constitution, as you claim to be, your answer would be very different.

P.S.: I do think that the amount of time many people, including the J6 assholes, spend in jail awaiting trial is absurd and flat out unconstitutional. But I hold that position on principle; not because Tucker told me to or because it’s my friends who are affected.

It is not illegal to protest if you stay outside the Capitol. How and where did these folks get the notion they could protest inside the Capitol? Hmm... Here is a thought, the insurrectionist who broke into the capitol on January 6, 2020,  set the precedent.

FYI, you have a constitutionally protected right to engage in peaceful protest in “traditional public forums” such as streets, sidewalks or parks.

Why hasn't he or anyone else been charged with insurrection?

You missed the point. :)

To answer you question, it is not difficult for anyone to call these folks insurrectionists when it is just a matter of their opinion. It is very difficult to prove someone is/was and insurrectionist in a court of law.
