well I inclined 300 after no real weight training when I was 16, but I had benched before... it was not my first time benching, I actually won all the weight lifting comps in our region @ 16 yrs old, I was a farm kid from Sterling Ma... corn fed guys...ha
I can still incline more than I flat bench nowadays, its kind of weird.
i remember on New, Improved and Beyond you inclined 405 for 4, have you done more than that? i've always said that you are prolly the most underrated pro as far as strength goes, 405 barbell rows for reps, 8 plate deep hack squats, 140 lb. seated db presses.
