I wrote this in the training section of your posts but I don't know if you go there anymore? I'm always interested in what the other guy does in the gym. What type of training do you do regarding the split, rep ranges and sets? Yes, you look in very good shape.
i went from 13-14% to 5-6% in 8 weeks running 250 sust and 20 mg dbol eating maybe 80 grams of pro and bout 1200-1500 cals most days some days i fasted and eat nothing, over the course of the 8 weeks i didn't train at all for 11 days and later for 8 days so almost 3 of those 8 weeks i did not training
i'm the hardest training guy in my gym BY FAR and i'm not afraid to challenge wes but he's probably win, like who's the toughest mofo that would not fucking quit!!!
i basically did drop sets with slow negatives and partials and pushed it to fucking complete and total failure
p.s. boxing training is much much much harder that this, this is easy peasy

now i train eod and i get stronger EACH AND EVERY WORKOUT in fact this morning i trained half drunk and my close grip bench went from 185 to 6 to failure to 190 for 6 to failure and every other exercise increased as well this is JP's Full Body HIT, AJ would be proud
